Arguably the biggest project I am involved with is my business. This takes up most of my working day and growing FirmSites is a real passion. I got sick and tired of seeing nothing but massively expensive design agencies or DIY geocities clones so decided to make something in the middle to offer real value. This business gives me the chance to work with many great small companies and that is something I really enjoy.

Since beading is something of a family obsession I followed the old adage of can't beat them join them and started BeadersOnline. My parents have two bead shops, my brother one and Angie does jewellery design so eventually I tried it out my self and found it quite fun. Even more fun though is using my web skills to build an online home for beaders to share their pictures, tips & tricks.

I like beer and I like trying new things so as an excuse to drink a lot of new and different beers me and my friend Joe started drinkpedia. The idea was to do a reviews site that was less about tasting notes and more about practical down to earth advice on what to buy and what to avoid like the black death. While it does not get as much time as I may like it is still a really fun project to work on.
